IHow will you make it easy for me to edit and manage my site?

Once your content has been posted, you’ll have to update content, photos, banners, etc. You should have access to absolutely everything! I’ll make sure you have passwords and hard copy of all content. Ensure that all files, logins and passwords are shared with you. Also, I strongly recommend that you keep backups of your site.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All course modules and products on Macventure.com can be purchased with any major credit or debit card (Visa & Mastercard) as well as PayPal.

How Long Does It Take?

The actual content design week is only 14 business days. I’ll start and your content with lighting precision. I book design weeks two weeks or so out giving you plenty of time to complete your Brand Assignment.

Are all prices in USD?

Yes. All prices on my website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). When a purchase is made outside of the US, that transaction is conducted using USD. Macventure is not responsible for any exchange rates and/or international fees that may be applied by your financial institution.

Do you have a retainer fee?

Yes! I book clients who are looking to get a content up as soon as possible. Once I book the brand explorer session for you, that means I do not book anyone else. The retainer fee is non-refundable to make sure that I honor the time I’ve set aside just for you and for our other clients.

What do I need to have ready before I start?

I will send you a new business questionnaire before an intro meeting. I need all of your content (website and copy etc) before we can start. I’ll guide you through the steps of our Brand Assignment that needs to be completed one week prior to the start of your design week.
